He is survived by: his wife Anne; his brother Stephen Novak (Linda) of Uniontown, PA; his sister-in-law Sue Frydryk (Kevin) of Naperville, IL; and his sibling's children, Todd Novak (Ashley) of Wilmington, OH, Nicole Shaulis (Jeremy) of Uniontown, PA, Abby Goldsmith (David) of Boston, MA, Kate Frydryk of Chicago, IL, Grant Shaulis and Golden Retriever.
