He was predeceased by: his siblings, Doris Ann, Mary Ruth, Irvin Pennington and John Pennington. He is survived by: his spouse Helen Pennington (Hodge); his children, Scott (Katey), Kristin, John, Lee, Keith (Tarei), Christopher, Victoria, Ray (Jeannine), Kyle, Joel, Megan, Melissa, Rea Reynolds (Bob), Allison, Elise and Maddie; and his siblings, Howard Pennington and Pat Harwood.
