She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Swetlick and Ingred Swetlick; and her spouse Charles A. Freville (Chuck). She is survived by: her children, Barbara Jackson (Freville) and Charles E. Freville (Glenn Chappatta); her grandchildren, Michelle Maghes (Charley), Christopher Freville and David Jackson (Emilia); and her great grandchildren, Sarah, Megan, Emily Maghes and Levi Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dorothy's name may be made to Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 2480 W. Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43235.
