He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Meckulch and Tom Meckulch; and his brother-in-law Rick Willrich. He is survived by: his daughter Carlie Meckulch of Dublin; his friend Roz Meckulch of Dublin; and his siblings, Sherry Willrich of Girard and Johnny Meckulch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests sending memorial donations to Blackstone's Funeral Home, 672 Churchill Road, Girard, Ohio 44420, to help with funeral expenses.
