She is survived by: her husband Jerry Myrl Bates; her children, Cindy Paul (Sam) and Karen Vincent (Dan); her grandchildren, Joshua Paul (Melissa), Corey Paul (Tiffany) and Travis Paul; her sister Shirley Carpenter; her siblings-in-law, Dana Bates (Sue), Rose Marie Bates and Mildred Warne Shuster; her brother Ed Warne; her siblings-in-law, Richard Bates, Ronald Bates and Janet Bates; her parent-in-law Dallas Bates; and also Georgia Bates (Paisley). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
