With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary L. Guthrie of Duncan Falls, Ohio, born in Spencer, West Virginia, who passed away on December 16, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett E. Sr. Guthrie and Amma E. Guthrie (Boothe); his brother Everett E. Guthrie Jr.; his daughter-in-law Debbie Guthrie; and his brother-in-law Jerry White.
He is survived by: his wife Rita J. Guthrie (Seevers); his children, Randy Guthrie (Darby), Debbie Gheen (Jeff) and Brenda Miller (Benjamin) of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Joshua, Seth, Lance Guthrie, Jennifer Luallen, Jessica Mickey, Ashley Miller and Megan Miller; his stepgrandchildren, Travis Guy and Leontin McGee (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Meridith, Ava, Charlotte and Creed; his stepgreat-grandchildren, RyLynn McGee and Ezra McGee; and his siblings, James Guthrie (Frances) and Melody White. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
