She is survived by: her husband Stewart Jacob Spiker; her children, Harold Spiker (Denise) and Linda Helzer; her daughter-in-law Kris Spiker; and her brothers, Arthur and Alfred Isch (Libby). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
