He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kulik and Anna Kulik (Lucka); his wife Lynn Kulik; and his brother Richard Kulik. He is survived by: his children, Katheryne Lauth (Jesse), Mackenzie Kulik and Nicholas Kulik; his grandchildren, Kadence, Bailey and Lilyanne Lauth; and his sister-in-law Linda Kulik.
