He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Foltz (Werley) and Norvin Foltz; his sister Eileen Conrad (Foltz); his son Robert Dwain Foltz; his son-in-law Thomas Lesher; and his granddaughter-in-law Shannon Lesher (Predmore).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Foltz; his daughter Cathy Lesher-Patzell (Chris); his daughter-in-law Betty Foltz; his grandchildren, Jacob Lesher (Davina), Jesse Lesher and Katie Hannen; and his great grandchildren, Abagail, Samantha Lesher, Kylie Hannen, Jacen and Logan Lesher.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Foltz Community Center (224 N Wood St, East Canton, OH 44730).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Indian Run Christian Church or Greater East Canton Community Development Association.
