It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Ann Kidder of East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her siblings, John Townley, Donnie Galloway, Billy Galloway, Nancy Temple and Delores "Dee" Lockhart.

She is survived by : her parents, Daniel H Brand and Cecil Maxwell Brand; her children, James Kidder, Jr., Marcus Kidder, Thomas Kidder, Danielle Vantilburgh and Tabitha Dillow; her stepchildren, Jimmy Pugh and Melissa Pugh; her boyfriend Jim Pugh; and her brother Daniel Brand. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
