He is survived by: his children, Susan Winters (Ralph) and Clifford Owens Jr. (Susan); his grandchildren, Stephen Safran (Aenoy), Lori Browning (Chad), Zachary Owens (John), Cole Winters (Kelly Hartwick) and Molly Suehr (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Arthur Safran, Logan Safran, Ethan Browning, Ayla Browning and Mason Suehr.
