She is survived by : her son Michael Thomas; her husband Mark Sullenberger; her daughter-in-law Karyn Sullenberger; her daughter Mary Beth of Westfield, Indiana.; her son-in-law Andy Staub of Westfield, Indiana.; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Lydia, Josephine Sullenberger, Elayna, Nicholas and Adelaide Staub.

Memorial contributions in honor of Kathy may be made to either: Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH, where two of her children attended college.
