She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Stout and Mae Stout (Starkey); and her husband John Richard "Dick" Russell. She is survived by: her children, Terri Criswell (Terry) of Eighty Four, PA, Sue Reed of East Liverpool and Ronald Russell of East Liverpool. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
