She is survived by: her husband Harold Coates; her siblings, Wilbur Waggoner (Jeanne) of Fort Atkinson, WI, Graylen Waggoner (Linda) of Sagamore Hills, OH, Jeffrey Waggoner (Leslie) of Hammondsville, OH, Darlene Waggoner of Colonial Beach, VA and Carla Stewart (Waggoner) of Wellsville, OH.; her siblings' children, Gina Grieb (Waggoner), Jason Waggoner, Joshua Sams, Michael Waggoner (Ella), Jill, Jennifer, Jabison Sams, Joseph Waggoner (Hannah), Jonathan Waggoner (Kristy) and Jacob Stewart (Evelyn); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan Grieb, Samantha, Emily Mallin, Lauren, Julian Sams, Josiah, Naomi Shriver, Jensen Stewart, Addison, Charlie, Sydney, Chase, Coralynn, Jacob, Matthew, Paige, Rosie Jo and Waylon Waggoner.

Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (16516 Annesley Rd, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
