He was predeceased by : his parents, Dominic Frank and Lauretta Fava Frank; his wife Angeline M. Pugliano Frank; and his siblings, Nancy DeSarro, Mary Vallera, Anthony "Tony" Frank, Dominic "Junior" Frank and Vincent Frank.

He is survived by : his sons, Judge Dominic A. Frank and Rudy Frank (Pamela) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Lt. Commander Dominic R. Frank (Karye), Lance Frank (Camila), Samuel M. Frank, Jayce C. Frank, Stuart B. Austin (Mandi) and Neely M. Pessin; his great grandchildren, Lux Angelina Frank, Giovanni Frank, Camila Angeline Frank, Lance Frank, Jr., Taylor O'Lynn and Autumn O'Lynn; and also Hoi Wah Yu. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
