Fulton of East Palestine, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn Fulton and Carolyn Kissinger Fulton; and his sisters, Debra Fulton and Brenda Fulton Marker. He is survived by : his daughters, Felicia Fulton (Fiance' Ben Ritt) of Youngstown and Grace Fulton of Georgia; and his nephew Timmy Cusick. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
