He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burdette and Mary Louise Gleydura McGinnis; and his siblings, Mary Louise Weikert and Leonard McGinnis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kuntz McGinnis; his daughter Vicki Yeaples of East Palestine; his grandsons, Daniel J McCowin (Carrie) and Curtis E. McCowin (Becky); his great grandchild Kendyl Hope McCowin of East Palestine; and his sisters, Carol Akerman (Dennis) of Manlius, NY and Bettie Jane Petrila of Niles.
