It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Marshall of East Palestine, Ohio, born in Enon Valley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Norwood Kerr and Mary Prescott Kerr; her husband Howard "Moe" Marshall; her siblings, Sue Dugan, Sanford Kerr, Richard Kerr, Ronald Kerr and Jon Kerr; and her brother-in-law Bill Tuscano.
She is survived by : her daughters, Amanda "Mandy" Barney (Bob) of Erie, PA and Melissa Huddleston (Mike) of East Palestine; her siblings, Carol Bable of Port Royal, SC, Linda Rudish (Frank) of Beaver Falls, PA, Mary Jo Tuscano of East Palestine, Judy Lucash (Patrick) of New Middletown, Robert Kerr (Janice) of Koppel, PA and David Kerr (Lois) of Evans, GA; her siblings-in-law, Ingrid Kerr of Agusta, GA and David Dugan of East Palestine; and her grandchildren, Audrey Huddleston, Marshall Huddleston and Brooke Barney.
