Taggart (East Palestine, Ohio), born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Taggart and Ethel Markel Taggart. He is survived by : his wife Liz Downey Taggart; and his daughters, Jean Howell (Canton) of Columbus, Katie Taggart of Columbus and Tricia Taggart of Columbus. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
