He was predeceased by : his parents, Waymon S. Todd, Sr. and Katherine LaVaughn Brownlow Todd; his wife Shirley Dodds Todd; his son Derek Todd; his sister Betty Whisner (Frank); his sister-in-law Jean Todd; and his brother Jimmy Dodds (Lucy).

He is survived by : his daughter Sandra Todd Kays of Cincinnati; his daughter-in-law Cheri Todd of Stasburg, CO; his grandchildren, Alexander Kays (Erica) of Cincinnati, Victoria Kays of Cincinnati and Adam Todd (Elisha) of Denver; his brother David Todd of Houston, TX; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Todd of Indiana, PA. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
