He was predeceased by : his parents, John L. Arbogast and Juanita Arbogast (Hammond). He is survived by : his wife Betty Eileen Arbogast (Taylor) of East Springfield, OH; and his children, Roy D. Arbogast, Jr. (Angela) of Richmond, OH, Virginia "Gennie" Arbogast (Joe Scardina) of Wintersville, OH and Sheila Money (Joel) of South Bloomfield, OH. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great grandson.
