She was predeceased by : her husband Dean Spriestersbach; her grandson Michael Spriestersbach; her parents, Ralph Smith and Gladys Smith; and her siblings, Eugene Smith, Maxine Newberger and Marciel Grubaugh.

She is survived by : her sons, Terry Spriestersbach (Gail) and Todd Spriestersbach (Jill) of Eaton Township. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
