He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dennis and Mildred Dennis of Hicksville; his brothers, Richard Dennis, Stanley 'Gene' Dennis and Leo Franks; and his parents-in-law, Bob and Evelyn Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Dennis; his children, Dawn Van Horn of Montpelier and Brent Dennis of Tucson; and his grandchildren, Adam Van Horn, Brent Van Horn, Ashley Troyer (Dennis) and Derek Dennis.
The family is respectfully asking in lieu of flowers that donations be considered to Community Health Professionals Hospice.
