She was predeceased by : her parents, John J. Welch and Carolyn J. Welch (Gearhart). She is survived by : her daughters, Cari Burney of Angola and Crystal Boell of Carroll, Iowa; and her brother Steven Welch (Pamela) of Edon. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
