With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David E. Smith (Ellsworth, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on October 23, 2018 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Mildred Smith (Craig); and his son Tim. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his son Joe Smith (Kay) of Berlin Center; his grandchildren, Alexandria Hoover (Jacob), Emily Smith and Levi Smith; and his great grandchild Isabella Hoover.
The Smith family request memorial contributions take the form of donations to the Ellsworth Community Church.
