Lewis; his significant other Vicky Bird of Elyria Ohio; his siblings, Fritz Green of Syracuse, Marc Maxey (LaQuita) of Indianapolis, Jason Lewis (Denise) of Cleveland, Anthony Bumphus of Elyria Ohio, Celicia Maxey of Stow and Felicia Bumphus of Elyria, Ohio; and his stepsiblings, Charles Lewis, Jackie Lewis, Barney Lewis, Barbara Lewis, Amanda Lewis and Ni Knowles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
