He is survived by : his wife Donna; his sons, Scott Higgins (Jennifer) of Elyria Township, Brett and Brian Higgins of Elyria; his grandchildren, Tyler Carrol, Samantha, Sarah and Melissa Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Damian and Mansa.
