He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ault (Kostreba); his children, Theresa Gregory (Jeffery), Anmarie Bors (Mark) and Thomas Jr.; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Marissa, Brianna, Kayla, Devin and Ryan.
