She is survived by: her children, Christie Madewell (Chris) of McMinnville and Brent Jacobs of McMinnville; her stepsons, Derek Wallace of St. Louis, MO and Brett Wallace of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Taylor, Emma Grace, Madisen Madewell and Kaylen Jacobs; her stepfather Gordon Dunlap of McMinnville; and her aunt Helen Carter of St. Augustine, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
