We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2025, at the age of 97, Betty Kathryn Oren (Englewood, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sanders and Lillian Sanders; her husband James C. Oren; and her children, James C. Oren, Jr., Carol Oren and Jeanette Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger (Kelly) of Huber Heights and Kenneth (Daryl) of Vandalia; her grandchildren, Connie Hughes (Dwayne), Christopher Davis (Michelle), Michael Oren, David Oren, Sarah Oren and Rebecca Hamilton (Rodger); and her great grandchildren, Malcolm, Nicholas Hughes and Ellie Hamilton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd, Englewood, OH 45322). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Betty's name to Happy Corner Church, 7037 Union Road, Clayton, Ohio, 45315 or Brethren Retirement Community, 750 Chestnut Circle, Greenville OH 45331. Keep Betty's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
