He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Catherine Crouse (Clements); his sister Gail Mangold; and his grandparents, Frank and Hazel Crouse. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Crouse (Stanley); his daughter Tieler Crouse of Norwalk, OH; his siblings, Bruce Butt of Centerville, Daniel Ray Crouse II of Dayton, Lynne Klosterman of Northridge, Laurie Spencer of Riverside and Tricia Gavankar of Apex, NC; his aunt Marchella; his uncle George Krause; and his daughter Maria.
