He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Frank and Doria Duke; and his siblings-in-law, Bev Rath, Sherry Edwards and Fred M. Vescio.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Duke; his children, Chris Duke (Jonda) and Nicki Duke (Steve Camp); his grandchildren, Brooke Pescini (Jeremy), Carson, Spencer, Emily, Jessica Cooper (Josh Hayes), Riah, Katti Duke (Michael Ricke), Baylee Lawson, Drake Lawson, Aunt Hazel Callahan and Uncle George Pilotte; his cousin April Bernard; his friend Bob Toombs (Ellie); his parent-in-law Fred J. Vescio; and his siblings-in-law, Lou Rath, Doug Angi (Robin), Ken Angi (Kathy), Charlie Edwards, Chris Angi (Tammy), Lynne Harrignton (Bob), Barb Teague (John), Rose Bishop (Steve), Max and Kirby.
