We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2020, at the age of 94, Richard Phillips Sr. of Englewood, Ohio, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Frances Ali Phillips (Norma Phillips); and his children, Richard J. Phillips, Jr., Denise A. Rosengarten, Nancy S. Upton, Mary F. Daniels and Jeffrey M. Phillips (Trena).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
