She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Carlos Wells; and her daughter Jacqueline Carla Wells. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Montgomery of Englewood; her grandchildren, Megan Lingo (Matt) and Ryan Montgomery; and her great grandchildren, Vivian "Wren", Tom Lingo and Sam Lingo. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
