With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Karen L. Barnes-Lewis (Fairborn, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. Warren S. Barnes and Shirley Barnes (Lindstrom); her husband Samuel Lewis; and her sister Lauren Cliff. She is survived by: her daughters, Brittany Lewis (Daryl Shelton) and Courtney Lewis (Brett Williams); her granddaughters, Samantha and Mayleigh; her brother Keith Barnes (Traci); and her brother-in-law Pete Cliff. She is also survived by relatives, and dear friends.
