He was predeceased by : his mother Helen; and his brother George Evans. He is survived by : his children, Kevin Joseph Evans II (Lisa) and Tiffany Ann Miller (Ryan); his former life partner Pamela Evans; his stepfather Jim Werk; and his siblings, Roxanne Chapman and Doug Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.

Memorial donations can be made to St. Joseph Orphanage (Cincinnati, OH).
