He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Salem and Mary Salem; and his brother Frank Salem. He is survived by : his daughters, Allison, Ashley and Amanda Salem; the mother of his children Tamara Oakes; his sister Lisa Craine (David); and his grandchildren, Zoey, Savannah-Noah, Brayden and Daisy.
