She is survived by : her sons, Scott Pavlik (Lori) of Ohio and Robert Pavlik, Jr. (Sherri) of Ohio; her daughter-in-law Sherry Pavlik of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Alisa Look Stuck (Doug), Jessica Lewandowski (Steve), Adam Pavlik (Ashley Harrison), Stephen Pavlik and Sydney Pavlik (Brandon Lyme); her great grandchildren, Shawn, Tyler Lewandowski, Aloria, Joelle Stuck, Ava and Zoey Pavlik; her sisters, Carole McDonald of Pennsylvania, Pamela Hindman (Stewart) of Pennsylvania and Kathryn McKitten of Pennsylvania; and her sister-in-law Kay Walker.
