He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Marie Corpus; his grandson Michael Duckett Jr.; and his siblings, Elizabeth, Mary, Thomas, Helen, Charles and Annabelle.
He is survived by: his children, Susan E. Reif (Luke), John J. Corpus (Beth), J. Thomas MD, Nina K. Fink (Thomas) and Peter G. Corpus (Mariela); his grandchildren, Kathryn Reif, Nicholas Reif (Erin), Cody Fink (Elizabeth), Sarah Fink (Colleen), Jason Duckett (Lisa) and Megan Dreher (Siedah); and his great grandchildren, Michael, Callum, Charlotte and Boden.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in John's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or charity of donor's choice.
