She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Wade and Wanda Wade (Riegel); her husband Carl Kohler; and her siblings, Mary Burden, Norma Jean Wade and James Wade.

She is survived by : her daughters, Joanna Kohler, Julie Gamary (Steven) and Patricia Masek (Adam); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Gamary, Alexa Gamary, Carter Gamary (Kendall), Abbey Masek and Riley Masek; her great grandchild Shay Meyerhoefer; and her sister Marilyn L. Graham.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
