He was predeceased by : his father Lonnie Troutt. He is survived by : his mother Joyce Troutt; his wife Patty Troutt (Deaton); his children, James "Cody" Troutt, Ashley E. Troutt (Max) and Brittany L. Baltes; his stepsons, Matthew E. Wilcher (Anna), Travis A. Clyburn and Ryan L. Clyburn (Megan); his siblings, Jeffrey A. Troutt and Linda Reedy (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Braxton Schenck, Gabriel Baltes, Isaac Wilcher, Aubree Clyburn and Maverick Csaszar.
