She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Martindale and Doris Cooper Martindale; her husband William Annon; her son Ronald; and her daughter-in-law Laura Annon.
She is survived by : her daughters, Rebecca Stewart (William) of Lewistown and Brenda Moreno of Wash, C. H.; her siblings, Darrell Martindale (Pat) of Dayton, Jack Martindale (Elaine) of Wash, C. H., David Martindale of Jeffersonville, William Martindale (Linda) of Texas, Dan Martindale of Wash, C. H., Jane Fields of Springfield, Linda Freeman (Roger) of Marysville, Carol Nichols of Algers and Vicki Pauley (Butch) of Wash, C. H.; her grandchildren, Matthias Mossbarger (Caitlin), Travis Mossbarger (Brittany Tarbill), Connie Stewart and Sherrie Stewart; and her friends, Betty Williamson and Pat Bennett. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
