She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Cockerill and Louise Eads Cockerill; her husband Ernest Lyle Arehart; and her sister-in-law Cindy Cockerill. She is survived by: her daughters, Nikki Bentley of Greenfield and Cathy Campbell (Scott) of Washington, C. H.; her siblings, Ruth Strawser of Circleville, Gail Black (Wesley) of Greenfield, Janice Davis of Lancaster, Noreen Kelly (Bill) of Denver Co, Karen Vance (Sam) of Washington, C. H., Dott Harris (Doug) of Springfield, Joe Cockerill (Ester) of Washington, C. H., Tom Cockerill of Michigan, Richard Cockerill (Mary) of Washington, C. H. and James Cockerill (Barb) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Ashley Campbell, Cole Campbell, Austin Braden and Brock Bentley; and her great grandchildren, Aiyana Braden and Rylynn Bentley.

In lieu of flowers the family asks to donate to the American Cancer Society, Fayette County Combined Vets Association.
