It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloise Mullins of Felicity, Ohio, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Mullins; and her daughter Judy Mullins. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Ferdon (Denny), Betty Mullins, Kenneth Mullins (Leanna), Lisa Rackley (Don) and Joseph Mullins (Brandi); and her close friend Terry Benjamin. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren.
