She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Dean Almy and Velma May Almy (Eatherton); her husband Elsworth Raymond Price Jr.; her sister Anita Joann Weihrauch (Almy); and her son-in-law Rev. Thomas Schutt.

She is survived by : her daughters, Gwendolyn Kay Schmidt (Doug) and Lori Jo Schutt; her grandchildren, Kristopher Schutt (Rhonda), Jana Miseta (Patrick), Jill Frantz, Mike Schmidt (Galia), Zac Schmidt (Jess Franklin) and Jordan Schutt (Cait); and her great grandchildren, Nina Schutt, Jackson Frantz, Ethan Miseta, Alex Frantz and Eden Schutt.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Coldren-Crates Funeral Home (205 W Sandusky St, Findlay, OH 45840). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at the Elm Grove Cemetery.
