He is survived by: his spouse Carol Perkins; his daughter Bridget Tuttle; his grandchildren, Samantha, George, Skylar, Jenny, Bryce, Greg, Katie, Trey and Kadean; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Lucas, Kendra and Kenzie; and his siblings-in-law, Al Perkins and Marsha Wright. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
