He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly B. Perkins and Judy Perkins (Bumpus); and his siblings, Vickie Lightner and James Hurley. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Hall (Jeff) of Forest; his sister Annette Northrup (Douglas) of Bryan; and his grandchildren, Marissa Joseph and Ayden Albert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
