He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Bash and Mary Imo Bash (Dome); and his brothers, Howard, Clarence, Nelson and Everett.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Flinn; his daughters, Connie Mattix (Dwight) of Wharton and Bonnie Barnes (David) of Forest; his granddaughters, Rhonda Grubbs (Bert) of Kenton, Mandy Morrison (Bryan) of Forest and Megan Leonard (John) of Findlay; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Bert Andy Grubbs, Dakota, Brynn Morrison and Addison Leonard; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Thomas and Micheal Leonard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Child Evangelism (CEF), and Bridge Hospice in Findlay in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home 301 S. Patterson St. Forest, OH 45843.
