She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman F. Smith and Rita M. Smith (Fisher); her siblings-in-law, Pam Chatfield, Jody Pool and Donnie Pool; and her father-in-law Edwin "Ed" Pool.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis A. Chatfield; her sons, Jesse E. Chatfield (Kaitlyn) and Adam Chatfield; her siblings, Theresa M. Cannode (Steve), Diane M. Smith and David E. Smith (Pam); her siblings-in-law, Collen Clark, Missy Frey (George), Jesse "Butch" Chatfield, Terry Chatfield and John Pool (Jan); and her mother-in-law Dorothy Pool. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
