He is survived by: his parents, Ronal D. and Rita C. (Rager); his siblings, Gregory D. Collins of Upper Sandusky, Victoria A. (Shepherd) and Deborah K. Downey of Upper Sandusky; his siblings' children, Kelly Niederkohr, Courtney Collins Thiel, Kelsey Collins, Cody Collins, Jedediah Downey and Mackenna Downey; his great-nieces, Aubrey and Ellanora; and his great-nephew Jensen Niederkohr.
